Locksure is designed for common commercial setups including Euro cylinders with key/key or key/thumb-turn and internal doors with thumb-turns. It’s retrofit—no lock change, no drilling.
Does Locksure support multiple users and sites?
Yes. Multiple users (reception, estates, security) can view door status and alerts. You can group doors by building/site and see them on a single floorplan or dashboard.
Do you provide alerts and an audit trail?
You can enable notifications for unlocked doors and view a time-stamped history of lock status changes to support checks, handovers and compliance audits.
What happens if Wi-Fi or the internet goes down?
The hub keeps state locally. When connectivity is restored, the app and dashboard update with the latest status and history.
How long does installation take?

Is Locksure secure and privacy-first?
