1. Product Description

Locksure is a device that attaches to your existing lock and transmits its lock/unlock and/or open/close status to a smartphone app.

Important Note: Locksure relies on a strong signal between sending device and hub for accurate operation. We cannot be held liable for any errors or malfunctions caused by signal disruptions or any resulting loss or damage to your property.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Locksure is intended to provide information and peace of mind regarding your lock and/or door status. It is not a security system and should not be solely relied upon for the security of your property. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by Locksure.

3. Warranties

Locksure comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or external factors such as signal disruptions.

4. Returns and Refunds

You may return a new and unused Locksure within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Used Locksure devices may be returned for a refund subject to a 15% deduction. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].

We use this data to provide and improve the Product and services, for marketing purposes, and to comply with legal obligations.
