If you have received a replacement monitor and want to pair it with your existing hub then:

1. Touch the display for 10 seconds and wait for the setup menu and select “REMOVE DOORS” and then touch “CONFIRM”.

2. Select “ADD DOORS”.

3. Operate the Monitor by locking or unlocking your door. Please ensure that you see the lights flash indicating that the Monitor on the door is working properly. If not then please ensure it is setup as shown in the Monitor Installation Video.

4. The Hub should detect the new device and restart.

5. If you want to pair with the mobile app, please delete the old door from the app and follow the Mobile App Video.

Please Note: The Locksure Monitor requires CR2032 batteries. Not all CR2032 batteries meet the specification required. We recommend using Panasonic or Varta batteries.



Gently push the thick part wooden tool in the larger of the two holes on the side of the Monitor to push out the battery and replace with a CR2032 battery.

Do not pull the monitor after it is in place. Significant force is required for removal and this can damage the Monitor.

Wrap the supplied Chord for Monitor Removal between the monitor (including any brackets) and force the Chord inwards towards the barrel until the Monitor is completely detached from the lock plate.
