Cost
- Free UK delivery on orders of £85 or more. Every starter pack qualifies on its own.
- £3.99 standard UK delivery on orders under £85, such as a single Matter Thumb Turn sensor, an additional monitor pack, the Open/Close Magnet or the Locksure Matter Hub.
How long it takes
Orders are posted by Royal Mail, usually within two working days of ordering, and UK delivery then usually takes one to three working days. When your order has been posted you receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Our checkout does not currently cover the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Locksure is coming to Europe: leave your email in the Europe section of the home page and we will tell you when it launches where you are.
Something wrong with the delivery?
If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. We sort it out; you do not need to chase the carrier.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible with the order number. If it has not been despatched we can change or cancel it. If it has, see Returns: you have 30 days.
